Shipping policy

 We are unable to cancel or modify your order after it is placed. If you have any questions, please email us prior to placing your order. 

Refused, undeliverable, and packages sent “return to sender” will be charged return shipping equal to the original shipping charge. Please verify all details of your address to ensure a successful delivery.

Most orders ship same (business) day or within 24 (business) hours unless noted on the product page. Occasionally some items need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and may incur additional handling time. 

Orders must be placed by 2pm EST to be added to that day's shipments, and we give no guarantee that it will go out the same day the order is placed. 

NEXT DAY SHIPPING OPTIONS: Please be advised that UPS does not deliver our Next Day Air packages on Saturday. Orders must be placed before NOON on Thursday for Next Day Air to ensure arrival before the weekend.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that final import fees and/or taxes will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
