Subscription Policy

Certain products offered by My Filter Company are available as subscriptions. This policy explains how recurring orders work and how you can manage your subscription.

Recurring Deliveries

When you purchase a subscription, you'll automatically receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each recurring order, unless you choose a prepaid option.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions will continue and automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through the links provided in your order confirmation emails. From there, you can:

• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your payment or shipping information
• Skip upcoming deliveries
• Cancel your subscription

Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to future recurring orders.
